VarFashion Limited Liability Company ("we", "our", or "us") operates exclusively online and does not maintain any physical retail locations. All orders are processed and shipped from our facilities within Hungary.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship orders to addresses within:

- Hungary

- European Union member states

- Selected international destinations.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

4. Delivery Times

5. Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, order size, and selected shipping method. Free shipping may be offered for orders exceeding a specified amount, as advertised on our website.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier’s website.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international shipments outside of Hungary:

- Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges that may apply.

- VarFashion Limited Liability Company is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

8. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

 

In case of a returned package due to an incorrect address or failure to claim, additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment.

9. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged:

- Contact us immediately at mflhosting@proton.me with your order number and a description of the issue.

- We will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier and take appropriate action based on the situation.
